Create a unique mug using water etching techniques. Using provided molds and vinyl stencils, participants will shape their mug and learn the art of water etching to create beautiful surface designs. Choose from various stencil patterns to craft a personalized piece.
before the event
Preparation of clay slabs, molds, vinyl stencils, and etching tools.
during the event
Participants select their stencils, form their mug using provided slabs, apply stencils, and create etched designs using water and sponge techniques. They also choose their glaze color.
after the event
We collect the pieces, bisque fire, apply chosen glaze, glaze fire, and ship the finished mugs to participants.
