Max height of a piece in a shelf
Your pieces may break
Pieces could break or warp or result in unintended results during firing due to several reasons. Neither the studio nor roopam is responsible for the loss.
Firing may take longer time
It's hard to predict the exact firing dates as the kiln is shared with others. So, it might take longer than expected.
You can cancel before drop off
You can cancel the booking anytime before dropping off your pieces. But if you cancel afterwards, full cancellation fee is applicable.
Drop off and pickup on time
You can choose a convenient drop-off and pick-up time slot after booking the kiln. If you cannot stick to the chosen slots, studio reserves the right to cancel.
Pick up pieces within 2 weeks
After firing, you may collect your pieces within 2 weeks (you can even send Dunzo/Swiggy). If not, studio may discard the pieces.
₹2000 shelf damage penalty
It's very rare, but improper glaze application could damage kiln shelves. If it does, there could be a ₹2000 fee. We know this sucks. But this is what helps us reduce our risk and give you the best prices.
Poorly-made pieces may be rejected
If studio feels your pieces are poorly-made and may cause damage to the kiln, they may be rejected. In such cases, you will be issued refund.
