Join our beginner's course and unlock the possibilities of wheel throwing. Learn vital techniques such as wedging, centering, pulling, and trimming as you shape clay on the pottery wheel. You will acquire the skill of throwing up to 750 grams of clay to create 4-6" tall cylinders, enabling you to transform and alter the cylinder form for unique expressions of creativity. Additionally, you'll learn how to apply glazes to your creations, resulting in a vibrant range of glazed articles to take home. Our community fosters a warm and encouraging atmosphere, where creativity flourishes. Connect, collaborate, and draw inspiration from like-minded individuals as you embark on your artistic journey. In addition to our beginner Wheel throwing program, we also offer a specialized beginner Handbuilding program for those interested in mastering the tactile method of directly working with clay.
